Built by Metal Yapı Konut A.Ş., Blue Lake Istanbul project’s marketing and sales activities are conducted by Karmen Yapı A.Ş. which is the partnership company of Metal Yapı Konut A.Ş., Saçaklı Holding A.Ş. and Ömer Saçaklıoğlu. The concept project is carried out by Chapman Taylor, while the architectural project is designed by ECF Mimarlık.
Our Role was to design a specific user-oriented responsive site. We managed to work with our friends at Digital House to come up with a final outcome that led to attract more optional buyers.
